Greg has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and financial advisory services including investment in venture capital, private equity and publicly listed vehicles. His public market experience includes listing one of the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) on the JSE. He was a founding Partner of Adlevo Capital, a sub-Saharan private equity fund focusing on technology and financial services.

Greg has provided corporate finance and equity advisory services to government agencies, technology funds, large corporates and mid-market enterprises. Greg started his private equity career at Brait. He is a Chartered Accountant and completed articles at KPMG. Greg received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Accounting from University of South Africa.
